eButikken™ is a market leader in everyday communication solutions for employees within the aquaculture industry. Through our Sikringsradio Havbruk™ concept, we have delivered afety and daily comunication systems to nearly 3,000 workers across the industry.
eButikken™ was an early adopter of digital communication technology for the aquaculture sector. As early as 2010 we delivered our first digital systems based on the DMR standard. Today, we provide everything from small and straightforward communication solutions to large-scale and complex network systems, enabling reliable coverage and communication between facilities and feed centres aross multiple regions of Norway.
The Original
eButikken™ was the first company in Norway to deliver safety radio solutions to the aquaculture industry. Since delivering our first Sikringsradio Havbruk™ system in 2007, we have expanded to customers all along the Norwegian coastline.

We have developed several water sensor solutions that automatically trigger an alarm if someone falls into the sea. With a water sensor connected to your radio, you get both safety and everyday communication in one complete solution. We call it Sikringsradio Havbruk™

Service Agreements
Most of our customers choose a service agreement with annual on-site visits. During these visits, we test and document alarm functionality, provide training for new employees, and carry out any necessary system improvements or maintenance.

A communication radio makes it possible to send quick messages to one or multiple users with the press of a single button. Our professional radio models for the aquaculture industry are designed to withstand the harsh and wet environments they are exposed to every day. In addition, a range of integrated safety features can be added to improve the safety of each individual worker.
In close cooperation with our customers, we have therefore developed a small and almost invisible water sensor, connected directly to the radio’s accessory connector, which automatically triggers an alarm if someone falls into the water.

Smart One Dispatch
Many of our customers have centralised fish feeding operations into dedicated feed centres. Reliable communication between personnel working at the facility and operators in the feed centre is essential for efficient daily operations.
We offer a range of solutions that allow the feed centre to communicate directly with each individual Sikringsradio unit out at the facility. With Smart One Dispatch, feed centre personnel can communicate with the site through software installed on a computer or tablet. This allows operators to easily reach everyone at the facility or communicate one-to-one with specific workers, along with a wide range of additional features and capabilities.

Customers along the entire coast
eButikken™ serves customers along the entire Norwegian coastline. From our headquarters in Central Norway, we design, program, and provide support solutions for the aquaculture industry. Digital technology also allows us to remotely monitor and reprogram equipment whenever changes or adjustments are required by the customer.
Many of our customers choose a preventive service agreement. This means we visit them annually to carry out preventive maintenance, document safety functions, and provide training for new employees whenever needed. In other words, we spend a great deal of time travelling along the Norwegian coast to support our customers.
We also operate a service vehicle and office facilities near Bergen Airport, enabling us to provide faster and more efficient service to our large customer base in Western Norway.
